Hello and welcome to my blog. My name is Nick and I am a recent graduate of a top research university. I currently hold a BA degree in Psychology. My main interests are industrial/organizational psychology, HR management and of course, securities and the financial markets. I became interested in trading and investing in stocks a few years ago by pure chance and curiosity. After learning some of the basics in 2003, I began to trade in full force in 2004. Although I've been trading for only a few years, I have learned much about stocks, and analyzing charts in this relatively short time span. My experience and chart reading skills are my edge in successfully navigating the stock market. My strategy and discipline is a blend of trader and stock picker. My style of trading has helped me find some of the current markets top winners in their infancy. In addition to my own personal trading and investing, I also manage assets and portfolios for close friends and family. My goals are to continue to improve and refine my trading/investing strategies in order to further enhance my performance in the market. Eventually, I would like to establish my own investment/asset management firm.

I try to post them as soon as I see the trend developing. I like both as well. I have to stress that both of these are small short positions. I don't expect to make much out of them. I'll be happy to make a small gain though. Sometimes I play these nice short setups just for the fun (perhaps, the practice aspect) of it. I would much rather appreciate a strong long setup (right now) to pile more money into the trade and make a bigger gain. For now though, I am leaning more towards the cautious side, even with the oil stocks.
May it is good keep an eye on highflying oil stocks. PDO type..
Do you see any other stocks similar to PDO.. When oil comes down these guys will slide like slick.

If you don't mind, I'd like to add it to my blogroll. I find it interesting to read your ideas, thoughts and opinios. You should work on it on a more daily basis.
PDO is certainly a monster. I am truly kicking myself for selling so soon. I bought it right near the begining of its trend and sold too damn quickly. I should've picked up MXC as well. Oh well, you live and you learn. I will be far more ready next time around. As far as PDO like stocks, check out MXC, FPP and ROYL. Don't short just yet. The stocks are not ready to collapse just yet. I would just keep an eye on them and strike when the opportunity is right.
No I do not mind... Add to the roll no problemo.
