New Contenders for December

Hey folks,

This posting is basically a continuation of the Holiday List, listing more stock hopefuls for December and early January. I am looking at a wide variety of criteria for these picks (institutional ownership/buying, earnings growth, insider ownership/buying, industry strength and outlook, as well as variety of technical and fundamental factors.
I will be posting picks on and off between today(Saturday) thru Monday. So I'll be back later, after I do some HW.

First and foremost, I want to highlight the ONLY homebuilder stock that I am going to pick as a long position (all others are short candidates, except for BZH).

Homex Development Corp (HXM)

Homex Development Corp (HXM) 3 month chart

HXM is currently trading at 31.00. Even though it is a homebuilder, it is based in Latin America (Mexico), which is still basically underdeveloped due to a lagging economy. Just like all the other L.A stocks, it still has tons of growth potential. For now the stock looks like a buy, especially since it has been able to hold above the 50day MA.

* ****OK Guys, since I have been a little slow with the posting, (gots lots of HW and Exam Studying) I will just list the stocks that I think will have strong upward moves in the upcoming days and weeks. Have a look at them, do a little research and let me know if you have any questions or comments or positive or negative opinions on the stocks and why! I'd love to talk about anything regarding these picks and others so feel free to drop a line and I will try to respond back as quickly as possible! Later!
