Rare Earth and Mineral Companies are In Play

I've been watching stocks such as REE and SHZ, patiently waiting for a re-entry. I received the confirmation on them yesterday, but I was stranded (because of the snow) and was not able to access my charting software, so I was left in the dust. By the time I was able to see the charts, I was already way past AH trading hours. So, I am jumping in today. The charts and volume hint at huge gains, and who am I to disagree?

Just one real breakdown, and its an IPO. So far, the market has been holding up well despite the low VIX levels. There is still a chance that we can test the 20-23 range on the VIX, so don't let your profits slip away. Still, even if the VIX rebounds to the low 20 range, it will most likely face massive resistance beneath its 200 day MA.
