Waiting for HLYS and ALGT

Goodmorning folks,

I had several stocks that I wanted to post up as longs but I decided to delay the posting due to the crappy market conditions. If conditions change and the stocks are still looking positive, I may post them up. For now, I am simply just waiting for HLYS and AGLT. The truth is, I should be doing homework and studying for my final exams. I love how I am not only a procrastinator, but I also have all my priorities mixed up!

TGEN, IMGN, KALU, PCC, BARE, RNIN (starting to heat up again), CANI, FLML, HMIN, RKT

ALGT: small poke at 25. I will add more if it drops a bit more.

HLYS: Picked up several rounds of shares between 32-high 34. I just hope it doesn't drop from here, as the stock has jumped up quite a bit from hype alone.

I have a hunch this will open closer to $30. Good Luck with exams..

which one Tushar? HLYS blew past 30 like it was no problem! Thanks for the encouraging words! I can't wait until the semester is over!

I was thinking about HLYS as well but I don't have confidence in this one yet so I didn't pick any shares of it. I think it is priced double of what underwriters priced it at, similar story with NMX however I think I will wait for next couple of days before I jump into it. Good Luck if you picked any.

Yeah I did jump into it. I bought some shares at 32, 33 and 34. I am a little down on my position overall. I still think that the stock should go up a bit from here. I am not planning on holding it for a while, just a short trade. I blame Cramer for the huge jump in price today. He sits there pumping it on his show before it IPOs and then he complains after the market closes that it ran up too high. That guy is a real SOB! Anyway, I think that the Heelys brand is not good as a long term brand, but just like CROX, it may be a fad brand that happens to be hot right now. I see lots of kids wearing Heelys, but I never see anyone wearing CROX. I guess we'll see wear this one goes from now. I am also interested in the Macau Casino IPO that will come out in January. I know it sounds like a long time from now but with the holidays coming up the time will come up sooner than we all think.

I don't like Cramer either. I agree that Healys is a short term trade, if market cooperates you can make decent profit on this next week. I belong to a spiritual community which has thousands of members worldwide and we avoid wearing leather and I have seen most people either wearing CROX or wooden sandals. The people who wear CROX tell me that they are extremely light weight and comfortable to wear. I like your new watchlist that you just published for next week.

Thanks, the watchlist isn't really that indepth as I would like it to be. I don't have that much time to scan or search for stocks with finals coming up. Some of these stocks have been on my mental watchlist (in my mind) and on paper for a few days while others were found after Thursdays and Friday's close. Hey if they work well as longs for next week, thats all that counts, so we'll see! What you said about CROX and your spiritual community was interesting. This leads me to believe that CROX does have more strength in different niches. Heelies also has a nice nich carved out for them as well. If the stock can perform like CROX (at least for a short time period), I'll be happy. As far as Cramer is concerned, I can't wait until he gets banned by the SEC/FCC (or whatever org would handle that situation) or retires- whichever comes first!
